Terms & Conditions

These are the T&C’s for your order of a Trinitybox scroll/invitation. Please read through them carefully before you place your order.When placing an order through the website or over the phone, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Variations

The scrolls are hand-made and the colours and actual size may vary slightly between scrolls. Some of the papers used are hand made with recycled paper so therefore they may have slight imperfections.

With any poems, Prayers or messages that you send to me to place onto a scroll, the font may need to be resized in order to fit onto the scroll.

Payment

For all orders under £50, payment is required at the time of ordering. Work will not begin until payment has been received.

For orders over £50, a 25% deposit is required at the time of ordering. The balance will need to be paid in full 8 weeks before the agreed completion date.

The full amount will need to be paid with the order if the date of completion is 8 weeks or less.

Payment can be made via Paypal with a Paypal account or credit/debit card, BACS (payment directly into my bank account) or by cheque (however this will need to be cleared before work can begin).

Please note that for payments outside the UK, I will accept Paypal payments only.

Your order

For orders under £50

I will send a confirmation e-mail to you when I have received the order and payment. I will then e-mail you again when I have posted the order.

For orders over £50:

Work will not begin on your order until signed paperwork has been received.

Once an order has been placed, a delivery date will be agreed. Any lead times given will be from receipt of payment.

Sample scrolls and Proof scrolls

You may want to order a sample scroll to give you an idea of the quality before you place an order and pay the deposit. You will need to pay the specified price for your sample as quoted.

I can certainly e-mail a proof scroll to you at no extra charge if required.

Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure all information is correct, it is your final responsibility to proof read and check through the wording,dates, names, spellings, timing, place, addresses, ribbon colours and layout. Where names are being used ie with invitations/Wedding favours, names must be sent via email to ensure correct spelling

Once you have placed your order and paid the deposit you will need to request a sample scroll in order that you can check the wording, spelling, layout and colours of the ribbon. This is provided free for orders over £100 including p & p, and at the specified amount on the Website for orders less that £100. Your order will not be processed until you have received the sample scroll, and emailed me back with any changes, or confirmed by email that you are happy with it. Once confirmation of acceptance of the sample scroll has been received, work may begin.

Cancelling

Once a booking has been confirmed and a depostit/full amount has been paid, a monetary refund cannot be given if the order is later cancelled.

Delivery

Orders under £50 will be sent Royal Mail first class, with a £4 delivery charge. If the value of the order exceeds £50, it will be sent guaranteed next day delivery. I will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 weeks of receipt of payment, if I cannot fulfill the order within this time for whatever reason I will email you to let you know- you will be given the option of a complete refund or to wait until your order can be processed. If you have not received your scroll within 3 weeks of placing your order, please email me emma@trinitybox.co.uk.

I welcome any orders from outside the UK, and will be very happy to give a postage quote.

Errors, returns and damages

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for Royal Mail. We keep all Receipts + Tracking Numbers. In the unlikely occurence you do not receive your package/or it has been damaged in transit, we will be glad to assist you by giving you the ‘proof of postage’ & tracking number for any claims made against Royal Mail. Any damages which have occurred during delivery must be reported straight away.

No refunds can be given on surplus scrolls.

All  website content and designs that appear on the website of Trinitybox.co.uk are protected by copyright. Emma retains full copyright of her work and it must not be copied or reproduced in any manner without her written permission.

You hereby agree that Emma (and people who Emma reasonably allows) has the right to use images of the scrolls/invitations, including on a public basis, on social media and on websites and as part of her portfolio. Emma will not publish any work with photos and names included unless she expressly has your permissions for this. If you prefer not to have images of your scrolls/invitations used for these purposes, please contact Emma and she will respect your wishes.

Because the scrolls I produce are personalised, it is not possible to offer refunds. In the unlikely event that you do find an error on any of the scrolls due to our mistake, please let me know as soon as possible in order for me to correct the mistake immediately. If however the poem, message or Prayer was your own, and was sent to me with a spelling or other mistake, a refund will not be given. Please always ensure the correct spelling on any names, poems, Prayers or messages sent to me. Thank you
