Order classic scroll

Please use this page to order a scroll from the Classic collection.

Your order will take around 1 week  to process (from me receiving the order to you receiving the scroll). If you have a tighter deadline, please specify this on the order form and I should be able to meet it (unless it’s need for the following day!)

If you are ordering anything bespoke e.g. any artwork/photos on the scroll, this could incur extra charge. Please email me any photos/images and I will be able to advise.

I will email you a proof of your scroll within 1-2 days of receiving payment to ensure you are completely happy with everything before printing. My reply may go into your junk inbox, so if you haven’t heard from me within a day or two, please check there. Please also confirm any changes you would like me to make by return email or confirm that you are happy with the proof as I will not proceed with the order until I’ve received confirmation that you are happy with it.

When you order using the form below, you will be taken to a confirmation page where you will need to click “Buy Now” to be taken to the secure Paypal site where you will need to fill in your delivery details and your payment will be processed. Please note that you do not need a Paypal account to complete the transaction, payment is accepted by credit, debit or Amex or Paypal account. Trinitybox has no access to your Paypal/ bank account or card details.

UK delivery for orders under £50 is by first class post which takes 1-2 business days, this can vary during busy times of the year. For orders over £50, delivery will be guaranteed next day which is a fully tracked service. Please allow longer for larger orders, or at Christmas. For delivery outside the UK please contact me for rates & delivery times.  Work will not begin until full payment has been received.

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for Royal Mail. We keep all Receipts + Tracking Numbers. In the unlikely occurence you do not receive your package/or it has been damaged in transit, we will be glad to assist you by giving you the ‘proof of postage’ & tracking number for any claims made against Royal Mail.

Once you have completed the order form, please double check for spelling mistakes and punctuation, it is your responsibility to ensure these are correct.

There are 3 different sizes of scroll, if you are unsure which one is the most suitable, please fill in the order form selecting the size you think will be most appropriate and submit it, but do not continue through to the Paypal payment site; I will still receive your order and will be able to advise which is the best size and then email you a Paypal invoice.
