I cannot thank Emma enough for her help and advice when ordering my scroll, being new to writing poems and this being for my Daughters Birthday I wanted it to be perfect and it was! She always replied promptly to any emails and kept me updated as to when it would arrive.

Thank you soooo much Emma for your excellent service!

I received my beautiful scroll very quickly and the communication was efficient and very helpful.

i have yet to give this to my son (next week) for his birthday but because you send a proof copy via email to ensure the customer is happy, I already know how lovely it will look.

If only all companies were this good! I would urge anyone looking for a special way to say they love someone or want to send a special message, to order through this company - you will not be disappointed!

Loved working with Emma, as she’s so helpful and responsive and always comes back to you in a timely manner. The scroll itself is beautifully made, looks great and was really well packaged. Love it! Thank you so much Emma for all your care and professionalism during the process of putting my scroll together. My fiancée is going to abosolutely love it. Waiting till her birthday before we open it together but I couldn't wait to shout your praises from the rooftop first. I had a great experience ordering a scroll from TrinityBox and working closely with Emma to find exactly what I was looking for. I had a specific request about the scroll dimension, and a few related questions on the design options. I emailed Emma, and she very kindly and clearly answered all my questions, making suggestions to help me choose. We exchanged many e-mails in a short period of time, making sure I receive the scroll I would like. It was a very fair, friendly, quick exchange. After placing the order, payment was easy, I received the delivery soon, in perfect condition and with the scroll that looks even better that I imagined with the ribbon and wax seal decorating it. I will certainly return for another order when the appropriate occasion comes, and I recommend TrinityBox for anyone who would like to present a letter in a new and wonderful way.
