Terms & Conditions

These are the T&C’s for your order of a Trinitybox scroll/invitation. Please read through them carefully before you place your order.When placing an order through the website or over the phone, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Variations

The scrolls are hand-made and the colours and actual size may vary slightly between scrolls. Some of the papers used are hand made with recycled paper so therefore they may have slight imperfections.

With any poems, Prayers or messages that you send to me to place onto a scroll, the font may need to be resized in order to fit onto the scroll.

Payment

For all orders under, payment is required at the time of ordering. Work will not begin until payment has been received.

Payment can be made via Paypal with a Paypal account or credit/debit card, BACS (payment directly into my bank account) or by cheque (however this will need to be cleared before work can begin).

Please note that for payments outside the UK, I will accept Paypal payments only.

Your order

I will send a confirmation e-mail to you when I have received the order and payment. I will then e-mail you a proof across. Please note that I will be unable to proceed with the order unless you have confirmed you are completely happy with the proof. Once you have confirmed this, you won’t be able to make any further changes after this time.

Once an order has been placed, a delivery date will be agreed.

Sample scrolls and Proof scrolls

For larger orders such as corporate event scrolls, you may want to order a sample scroll to give you an idea of the quality before you place an order and pay the deposit. You will need to pay the specified price for your sample as quoted.

I can certainly e-mail a proof scroll to you at no extra charge if required.

Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure all information is correct, it is your final responsibility to proof read and check through the wording, dates, names, spellings, timing, place, addresses, ribbon colours and layout. Where names are being used ie with invitations/Wedding favours, names must be sent via email to ensure correct spelling.

Cancelling

Once a booking has been confirmed and a deposit/full amount has been paid, a monetary refund cannot be given if the order is later cancelled.

Delivery

Orders under £50 will be sent Royal Mail first class, with a £4 delivery charge. If the value of the order exceeds £50, it will be sent guaranteed next day delivery. I will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 weeks of receipt of payment, if I cannot fulfill the order within this time for whatever reason I will email you to let you know- you will be given the option of a complete refund or to wait until your order can be processed. If you have not received your scroll within 3 weeks of placing your order, please email me emma@trinitybox.co.uk.

I welcome any orders from outside the UK, and will be very happy to give a postage quote.

Errors, returns and damages

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for Royal Mail. We keep all Receipts + Tracking Numbers. In the unlikely occurance you do not receive your package/or it has been damaged in transit, we will be glad to assist you by giving you the ‘proof of postage’ & tracking number for any claims made against Royal Mail. Any damages which have occurred during delivery must be reported straight away.

No refunds can be given on surplus scrolls.

All  website content and designs that appear on the website of Trinitybox.co.uk are protected by copyright. Emma retains full copyright of her work and it must not be copied or reproduced in any manner without her written permission.

You hereby agree that Emma has the right to use images of the scrolls/invitations, including on a public basis, on social media and on websites and as part of her portfolio. If you prefer not to have images of your scrolls/invitations used for these purposes, please contact Emma and she will respect your wishes.

Because the scrolls I produce are personalised, it is not possible to offer refunds. In the unlikely event that you do find an error on any of the scrolls due to our mistake, please let me know as soon as possible in order for me to correct the mistake immediately. If however the poem, message or Prayer was your own, and was sent to me with a spelling or other mistake, a refund will not be given. Please always ensure the correct spelling on any names, poems, Prayers or messages sent to me.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have checked the proof that I send to you after ordering thoroughly and are completely happy with it before approving it. Any mistakes/errors spotted by yourself after this time will incur additional charges to replace the scroll.
